STOOD HILLS does not allow refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you have the correct sizing at checkout and refer to sizing charts (if available.) If you receive the WRONG item or a DEFECTIVE item, please rest assured that you have the option for a refund or you may allow us to correct the order after you return the package. STOOD HILLS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we ship. If you check your tracking number and it says DELIVERED but you cannot locate it, please file a claim with UPS or USPS as they are the only ones that can locate it.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order before shipment, you must contact us within 12 hours from purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
